EMG Tech Corp provides technology, software, and leasing services that enable student operators and advertisers to participate in digital out-of-home (DOOH) advertising through robotic devices. Services include but are not limited to:- Student robot leasing and onboarding
- Advertiser campaign management
- Platform analytics and reporting
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to enter into a binding agreement with EMG. Student participants may be required to verify university enrollment.4. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate registration and payment information.
- Operate robots and manage campaigns in accordance with EMG’s platform guidelines and local laws.
- Refrain from uploading unlawful, misleading, or infringing content.
5. Payments & Billing
All payments (including robot leases and advertising fees) are processed via EMG’s secure payment gateway. Recurring subscriptions will renew automatically each month unless canceled before the renewal date.6. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, and software associated with the SRAN platform are the exclusive property of EMG Tech Corp or its licensors (including Guardforce AI). Users may not copy, modify, or distribute materials without prior written consent.7. Termination
EMG reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the platform. Outstanding balances remain payable upon termination.8. Disclaimers
Services are provided “as is.” EMG makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding performance, uptime, or specific business results. EMG is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EMG Tech Corp shall not be liable for damages exceeding the total fees paid by the user in the preceding 12 months.10. Governing Law
