1. General Policy
EMG Tech Corp strives for transparency and fairness. Refunds are handled differently for students leasing robots and advertisers purchasing campaigns.
2. Robot Lease (Student Operators)
- Monthly leases are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins.
- If a robot is defective or non-operational, EMG will repair, replace, or issue a prorated credit.
- Early cancellations must be requested at least 14 days before the next billing date.
3. Advertising Campaigns (Advertisers)
- Campaigns may be canceled before activation for a full refund minus processing fees.
- Once a campaign is live, refunds are limited to unserved ad impressions or verified technical faults on EMG’s platform.
- Credits may be issued for future campaigns at EMG’s discretion.
4. Events Beyond Control
No refunds are available for disruptions caused by force majeure events (power outages, venue closures, network failures, etc.).
5. How to Request a Refund
All refund or credit requests must be submitted in writing to
billing@emgtechcorp.com within 14 days of the issue.
